A shame Jack's comments are a bit difficult to pick up because he hit the mark.
Having been there and enjoyed his eloquent presentation of our 'typical reader', I feel he was spot on - as well as highly entertaining.
I'm off now to hassle IT department into getting sound on all terminals so everyone can enjoy Jack's presentation.
